CAKE CARE

*All cakes require refrigeration at all times and a cooler is highly recommended upon pick up!

As our cakes are not baked and are without any preservatives, thus they are sensitive to heat, and will eventually melt if not kept chilled.

Your cake will have the best texture and taste when enjoyed shortly after being refrigerated, or kept in room temperature for no longer than 30-40 minutes. If your event is outside in Hawaii - don't wait and enjoy your cake! Leave the smoothie for breakfast!

CAKE PICK UP
Your cake will come in frozen or semi-defrosted state, or as agreed upon. It is highly recommended to have a cooler upon pick up to keep the cake chilled, especially if the drive is longer than 20-30 minutes.

*We do not provide the cooler, it is customer's responsibility. Upon request, an insulated bag with an ice pack can be purchased for $30.
