We understand that sometimes life gets in the way, and this is what we can do..
If a cake order has been placed in less than 48 hours until the preferred pick up time, the cake order is not guaranteed. Please wait for a confirmation email regarding your cake order, we'll try our best to accommodate it! In case your cake order can't be fulfilled, you will receive a store credit or full refund, as agreed upon.
All cancellations or changes in your order must be made in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellations and any changes are accepted minimum 5 days before the confirmed pick up date. Full refund will be issued to the customer.
For cancellations with less than 5 days notice, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
For cancellations with 48 hours notice and less, no refund can be issued.
Creating your cake is a multi-day process of ordering inventory, making, and designing. We are one chef team, therefore, in order to efficiently and ethically fulfill orders, we must begin this process days before your order is due.
